Although I&#039;m personally encouraged by Cisco&#039;s endorsement (maybe validation?) of what we&#039;ve been hawking as Enterprise 2.0 for a couple years now, I agree with you that until these &quot;case studies&quot; can demonstrate measurable business gains, we&#039;re still mixing the Koolaid pitcher.  

At the annual Enterprise 2.0 conference this year in Boston, the Advisory Board is interested in highlighting where real growth can be linked unequivocally to adoption of 2.0 thinking and behaviors.</description>
