Our Contribution

We provide strategic advice on company development, product planning, and new product introduction. Our focus is on early customers and early revenue for software startups. We address business operations issues including sales forecast models and checklists, account qualification, demonstration scripts, and press and analyst positioning strategy. We act as a partner in defining and establishing your desired business model: we go on sales calls, attend conferences and trade shows, and join conference calls. Once you have a proven product concept, we provide marketing messaging such as tag lines, conference banners, 3×5 cards, data sheets, corporate backgrounders, Q&A’s, customer success stories, newsletter articles, and web site content.

Our Methodology

Our focus is on one page actionable plans. We offer a software startup workbook, both in print and in a shared workspace, that guides the creation of product, operating, and strategic plans. We collaborate with each client in a private shared workspace that includes meeting management, action item tracking, shared editing, and a simple project blog.
