MBA Sciences Honored as Promising Heterogeneous Computing Startup at NVIDIA’s GPU Technology Conference
Mountain View, CA – May 14, 2012 –
MBA Sciences (www.mbasciences.com) today announced it is featured as one of 16 promising startups
MBA Sciences is pleased to be showcased as an exhibitor at in the Emerging Companies Summit 2012. The summit is May 16 in conjunction with NVIDIA’s GPU Technology Conference (GTC) 2012 which takes place May 14-17, 2012 in San Jose, California. GTC, the premier event for bringing together industry leaders in GPU computing. Dr. Amin is also presenting a technical talk titled “Exploiting Fault Tolerant Heterogeneous Parallelism With SPM.Python” at GTC (Session S0299, May 16).
MBA Sciences’ SPM.python product is a fault-tolerant runtime environment based on patented parallel enabling technology with native support for parallel primitives based on the Python language. It enables solution developers, scientists and engineers to rapidly prototype and deploy fault tolerant parallel applications and work flows.
“Our products and services align with NVIDIA’s goal to highlight disruptive technologies that leverage the massive computing power of GPUs. With the massive growth in the size of data, graph and scientific computing workloads, we enable our customers to rapidly prototype ideas that leverage servers, cores and GPUs within both private and public cloud infrastructure,” said Dr. Amin.
